Frasers Hospitality CEO to Step Down in 2027; COO to Lead

Frasers Property (SGX:TQ5) said Eu Chin Fen will step down as chief executive officer of Frasers Hospitality effective Jan. 1, 2027, citing personal reasons, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
She will also relinquish all management duties she holds within Frasers Property.
Her exit is part of a management transition following the privatization of Frasers Hospitality Trust in 2025 and the subsequent completion of its portfolio optimization on Sept. 30.
Chew Hang Song will lead Frasers Hospitality, the group's lodging business, as chief operating officer. He will report directly to Frasers Property Group CEO Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi.
