花旗发布研报称，内地黄金周一手及二手楼成交均表现强劲，政策传导在二手楼市场显得更广泛及一致；该行追踪的26个城市二手成交同比升53%，所有城市均录得增长，13个城市一手销售同比升41%，惟改善集中于少数城市，底层表现仍两极分化。
该行指出，一手市场方面，13个追踪城市新房登记同比升41%，由1，991宗增至2，812宗，主要受杭州、南京、宁波及北京带动，分别同比升347%、259%、244%、145%。一线城市中，北京明显跑赢，广州、上海及深圳则分别同比跌2.2%、7.2%及42%，部分因供应有限；成都亦同比跌40%。该行认为，差距甚大显示一手市场复苏尚未全面扩散。
二手市场方面，26个追踪城市成交由18，038宗增至27，720宗，每个城市均录得增长。区域中心城市领涨，包括青岛、南昌、徐州及合肥，分别同比升111%、97%、95%、94%。一线城市亦同步改善：上海同比升75%，北京升51%，深圳升40%，广州升35%。该行认为，各线城市广泛参与，支持二手需求正引领楼市成交量复苏的观点。
