新增比亚迪关于中欧汽车贸易磋商的声明
路透北京10月14日 - 中国汽车工业协会周三表示，对中国与欧盟就混动汽车、电动汽车贸易达成的共识表示欢迎和支持。协会愿继续发挥桥梁纽带作用，推动行业加强沟通协调，支持中欧在贸易投资磋商机制下相向而行。
中汽协会在一份声明中指出，中欧本次达成共识有助于稳定双方产业预期，维护汽车产业链供应链稳定畅通，为车企开展贸易投资合作创造更加可预期的环境。
中国电动汽车制造商比亚迪1211.HK002594.SZ周三亦发布声明表示，本次磋商成果有效管控贸易分歧、避免摩擦升级，兼顾了中欧双方产业的现实情况与合理关切，为中欧混动汽车贸易营造了稳定、可预期、可持续的合作环境。
欧盟贸易执委谢夫乔维奇日前表示，中国和欧盟已达成一项谅解，或将推动中国对欧盟的混合动力和插电式混合动力汽车出口减少逾一半。中国商务部则表示，双方就混动汽车在2025年基础上达成“向上安排”。
中国财政部周一宣布，自2027年4月1日起，将新能源汽车的增值税出口退税率由13%下调至9%，向欧盟释放平衡贸易信号。
