ChainCatcher 消息，比特币财库公司 Strive（ASST）宣布启动新一类永续优先股 SATS 的首次公开发行，该股份设定 15% 的固定股息率。公司计划以每股 100 美元的价格发行 500 万股，募资总额 5 亿美元。
新股份的清偿顺位低于 Strive 现有的永续优先股 SATA，后者采用浮动股息率，目前为 13%。与 SATA 相同，SATS 将按日支付股息。发行完成后，公司计划预留相当于 SATS 前 18 个月股息支付的股息储备金。募资所得将用于购买比特币、收购可产生收益的资产或回购股票。
Strive 近期持续增持比特币。公司上周购入 3311 枚比特币，总持仓升至 32773 枚，按当前价格计算价值约 27 亿美元，而三个月前其持仓不足 20000 枚。与包括规模更大的同业 Strategy 在内的多数比特币财库公司不同，Strive 近几周得以显著扩大其比特币持仓。
