ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Block 报道，研究机构 K33 认为，Strategy 通过优先股 STRC 融资虽助力其在 2026 年上半年购入近 10 万枚比特币，但持续股息成本或抵消收益。K33 估算 STRC 使 Strategy 年度股息义务增加约 7.25 亿美元，按每枚比特币 8.3 万美元计约合 8740 枚 BTC。
若剔除上半年经 STRC 筹集的约 75 亿美元，并将美元储备、STRC 回购及大部分股息支出改用于购币，Strategy 持仓仅比该假设情形多约 4947 枚 BTC；按上述年化成本，约七个月即可抹平这一差额。K33 认为优先股融资模式“是个错误”，并更倾向其通过普通股 ATM 等方式筹资。
