　　近日，真健康医疗发布公告称，公司器官灌注系统研究取得重磅突破，已成功完成六例基因编辑猪肝脏辅助非人灵长类急性肝衰竭模型体外交叉灌注支持治疗临床前实验，创下最长144小时、6例均超72小时的稳定肝功能灌注支持治疗纪录，是全球首次实现该技术的长时程有效性验证。业内专家表示，该成果证实了基因编辑猪肝脏体外灌注支持治疗技术用于肝衰竭桥接治疗的可行性与安全性，为危重肝衰竭患者救治提供了新的技术路径。

　　据悉，本次研究依托的器官灌注系统为模块化器官医学设备平台，采用通用核心主机搭配可更换的专用管路、器官仓、灌注液等耗材及配置模块，无需更换主机即可开展肝脏、肾脏、心脏及肺脏等多器官常温灌注保存及体外生命支持相关研究应用，具备从离体器官灌注保存向体外灌注支持治疗研究拓展的技术潜力。
