ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）主席 Paul Atkins 于 10 月 13 日发布声明，批准了 Cboe Global Markets 提交的规则变更。该变更允许上市与 23 家美国上市公司关键绩效指标（KPI）挂钩的二元期权。与加密行业相关的指标包括：Coinbase（COIN）的交易量、Robinhood（HOOD）的客户数量和营收，以及 MARA Holdings（MARA）的比特币产量。
这类合约采用现金结算，为欧式期权，只能在到期时行权。结算数据取自公司提交给 SEC 的文件，而不是财报演示材料。Cboe 计划本月上线这类合约，Robinhood 预计将成为首家向散户提供该产品的券商。不过，交易要等清算机构 Cboe Clear U.S. 获得临时注册后才能开始，另一项相关申请也还在审批中。
