金吾财讯 | 据外媒报道，Circle（CRCL）董事长兼CEO杰里米·阿莱尔在曼谷出席国际货币基金组织（IMF）与世界银行年期间表示，随着区块链技术从“早期采用”跨入“主流扩张”阶段，公司正加速向东南亚、拉美、非洲及中东等约40个新兴与发展中国家拓展。阿莱尔指出，日益清晰的监管框架正推动稳定币加速普及，美国《Genius法案》将为“数字美元”确立法律地位，成为行业里程碑。截至今年二季度，USDC流通量同比大增19%至733亿美元，占据全球稳定币约25%的市场份额。此外，贝莱德、Visa和渣打等大型金融机构已采用其Arc操作系统进行跨链结算；AI智能体（AI Agents）在抓取实时数据和网络研究时产生的机器间微支付需求，亦成为推动USDC使用量增长的新引擎。不过，阿莱尔同时警告，AI的爆发式扩展也为金融基础设施带来了严峻的安全威胁与漏洞挑战。
