Extrawell Pharmaceutical (HKG:0858) terminated a memorandum of understanding for the possible sale of its convertible bonds after negotiations with the potential buyer failed to make expected progress.
The company said in a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing that the move would not materially affect the group's financial position or business operations.
