　　10月13日金融一线消息，江苏银行公告，该行于2017 年11月非公开发行 2 亿股优先股（以下简称“本次优先股”），发行规模为人民币 200 亿元。该行董事会于 2026 年 8 月19 日审议通过了《关于江苏银行股份有限公司赎回优先股的议案》。

　　近日，该行收到国家金融监督管理总局江苏监管局的复函，对该行赎回本次优先股无异议。该行拟于 2026 年11 月30 日全额赎回本次优先股。

　　江苏银行表示，将依照有关法律法规及本次优先股发行文件的规定，向相关监管机构办理其他申请手续，并及时履行信息披露义务。
