ChainCatcher 消息，特朗普政府计划将美国人工智能模型测试机构 CAISSI 的 3 名高级官员调入白宫，直接向白宫科技政策主管 Michael Kratsios 和国家网络主任 Sean Cairncross 汇报。此前政府曾考虑把整个机构迁入白宫，最终只调整部分高层，相关调动尚未完成，3 名官员身份未披露。该机构自拜登政府设立以来不到两年已先后使用 3 个名称，今年 7 月负责人 Chris Fall 上任仅 3 个月便辞职，继任者尚未确定。
CAISSI 隶属美国商务部下属国家标准与技术研究院 NIST，约有 40 名员工，年度预算约 1500 万美元，承担模型安全评估。据知情人士，该机构正与美国国家安全局合作，在公开发布前测试 OpenAI 的 Astra 和 Anthropic 的 Mythos，此前还公开评估过 DeepSeek V4 Pro 和智谱 GLM-5.3。谷歌确认 Gemini 4 Argon 已参与美国政府发布前自愿测试流程。白宫希望借此次调整，让模型测试专家更直接参与政策决策。
