据统计数据显示，截至2026年10月1日，目前上海最低工资标准全国最高，为2740元；浙江为2660元。

2025年12月29日，浙江省人民政府印发通知，调整全省最低工资标准，自2026年1月1日起，浙江省最低月工资标准调整为2660元、2430元、2180元三档，非全日制工作的最低小时工资标准调整为25元、23元、21元三档。

特别提示

最低工资标准一般采取月最低工资标准和小时最低工资标准的形式，月最低工资标准适用于全日制就业劳动者，小时最低工资标准适用于非全日制就业劳动者。

按照人社部2004年发布的《最低工资规定》，省、自治区、直辖市范围内的不同行政区域可以有不同的最低工资标准，最低工资标准每两年至少调整一次。
