中化新网讯 截至9月30日，榆林炼油厂前三季度累计接卸进口原油184.86万吨，完成年度计划的96.79%。
在原料采购环节，榆炼持续开拓多元化进口货源，累计采购到港进口原油145.51万吨，完成年度采购任务的76.18%；在接卸储运环节，联动销售公司优化销售结构、加大外运力度，主动对接铁路部门优化空车调度与列车编组，大幅压缩作业时长；在油品调运环节，持续优化开票、安检、过磅、装车全流程闭环管理，稳步提升转运效率；在原油加工环节，针对不同油种品质差异动态优化掺炼比例，全力保障装置长周期平稳高效运行。前三季度，该厂累计完成进口原油加工111.79万吨。
