Dexus (ASX:DXS) is reviewing options for its Dexus Healthcare Property Fund after it did not scale to expectations following its establishment in 2017, the Australian Financial Review reported late Monday, citing anonymous sources briefed on the matter.
The company has engaged corporate advisory firm Denison Partners to help review options that include asset disposals, different capital and ownership structures, and a complete wind-down, according to the report.
The review comes after Dexus reportedly received redemption requests from 90% of the fund's investors.
The company declined to comment when reached by MT Newswires.
