中国三迪（00910）公布，于2026年10月13日，该公司与配售代理订立配售协议，拟透过配售代理向不少于六名承配人发行最多508.8万股配售股份，每股配售股份1.38港元，较2026年10月13日收市价每股1.715港元折让约19.5%。配售所得净额约670万港元，拟用作集团一般营运资金，包括但不限于支付专业费用、员工薪金、办公室租金、公用事业及其他开支。
