路透10月19日 - 奥地利发动机及发动机零部件制造商施泰尔汽车（Steyr Motors） 4X0.VI 周一表示，红猫控股（Red Cat Holdings） RCAT.O 计划以每股39欧元（合43.8美元）的现金价格，对该公司全部股份发起自愿收购要约，该价格较该股最新收盘价溢价28.9%。
施泰尔汽车表示，持有该公司约15%股份的B&C Holding Österreich已同意将其持股纳入此次要约。
该交易须满足若干条件，包括获得外商直接投资审批，且接受率需达到50%加1股的最低门槛。
在美国上市的无人机技术公司Red Cat预计将于2027年上半年完成此次收购。
施泰尔汽车首席执行官卡苏蒂（Julian Cassutti）表示，他计划将自己持有的股份也纳入此次要约。
施泰尔监事会主席维尔茨（Rolf Wirtz）表示，监事会认为此次拟议的合并具有战略潜力。
根据Tradegate盘前行情显示，施泰尔股价预计将上涨20%。
