据周二发出的一份内部备忘录显示，总部位于新加坡的科技综合企业冬海集团（Sea Limited）计划将其金融服务部门 Monee 分拆上市，并将推出一项人工智能（AI）企业平台业务。
该公司创始人李小冬（Forrest Li）在发给员工的一份备忘录中表示，他认为，上市将为其金融支付与服务业务提供“资源和空间，使其能够比目前走得更远、发展得更快”。
该业务在新加坡、印尼、马来西亚、泰国、越南、菲律宾、中国台湾地区和巴西开展运营，提供移动钱包、支付处理、信贷及银行服务。
备忘录称，冬海集团还将推出一个名为“Sea Cloud”的、以人工智能为核心的企业平台。
