【欧洲央行行长：欧元区通胀率创新高但不必惊慌】欧盟统计局当地时间16日公布的数据显示，今年9月欧元区通胀率终值为3.8%，高于8月的3.2%，与本月初公布的初值一致，为3年来最高水平。近日，欧洲中央银行行长拉加德表示，有两个信号现在还没看到，一旦出现，欧洲央行就要采取行动了。拉加德表示，需要拆解通胀数据，其中很大一部分涨幅源于能源因素，能源价格上涨了18.8%。这会对整体物价产生影响，尤为担忧的是这一轮能源涨价会不会向整个经济体系传导，产生第二轮效应。目前我们尚未观察到上述现象。当前短期通胀预期已经有所上升，但中长期通胀预期仍大体维持在2%的水平。如果中长期通胀预期在现有基础上继续提升，或是出现第二轮通胀效应显现的明确信号，那就需要采取行动了。目前来看，我们的举措是合理的。
