蓝鲸新闻10月20日讯，近日，贵州金融监管局发布行政处罚决定书，剑指中国平安财产保险股份有限公司金阳支公司及相关责任人。罚单显示，中国平安财产保险股份有限公司金阳支公司的主要违法违规行为是：未按照规定使用经批准或者备案的保险条款、投保人信息不真实、销售环节未向投保人询问被保险人医保等参保情况。针对上述违法行为，贵州金融监管局对中国平安财产保险股份有限公司金阳支公司罚款70.5万元；对时任该公司个人代理人王萍警告；对时任该公司综合业务分部客户经理何力警告并罚款8.5万元；对时任该公司经理冉景松警告并罚款8.5万元。
