　　FORTIOR（01304）发盈喜后涨超5%，截至发稿，股价上涨5.14%，现报106.30港元，成交额1478.27万港元。

　　10月16日，FORTIOR发布公告，预计截至2026年9月30日止9个月（报告期）内营业收入约为人民币8.42亿元，与去年同期约为人民币5.58亿元相比，同比增长50.88%；预计报告期内利润总额约为人民币3.11亿元，与去年同期约为人民币1.74亿元相比，同比增长78.56%；预计报告期内实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润约为人民币2.84亿元，与去年同期约为人民币1.67亿元相比，同比增长69.69%。

　　公告称，公司于报告期内取得的经营业绩较去年同期预计增长的主要原因有：2026年前三季度，公司持续保持研发投入力度，积极拓宽市场渠道，挖掘增量空间，工业和汽车应用领域收入增长显著；此外，公司传统产品市场渗透率持续提升，业务规模与盈利水平同步增长。
