金吾财讯 | 据外媒报道，投资者争相买入信用违约互换（CDS），为投资组合提供保护，防范AI热潮破灭带来的风险。该金融工具曾在全球金融危机期间受到广泛关注，当前交易量大幅飙升。企业为筹措数万亿美元AI基础设施支出大举举债，推升这类具有债务保险属性衍生品的需求，一旦挂钩企业发生债务违约，CDS产品将进行赔付。摩根士丹利研究数据显示，9月，甲骨文（ORCL）、SpaceX（SPCX）、Alphabet（GOOGL）、亚马逊（AMZN）、Meta（META）、博通（AVGO）和英伟达（NVDA）债券挂钩CDS每周平均交易额超90亿美元，7月该数值尚不足20亿美元。机构数据显示，今年迄今美国企业CDS指数交易量已经超过去年全年总量。
