该公司正在对接受过多种治疗的晚期前列腺癌患者进行JNJ-6143的临床试验
该药物采用创新机制，通过干扰癌细胞生存所需的蛋白质来选择性地杀死癌细胞
在该试验中，31名可评估患者中，77%接受50毫克剂量治疗的患者其PSA水平（一种用于监测前列腺癌的血液标志物）下降了至少50%；48%的患者，PSA水平下降了至少90%
在可通过影像学检查测量肿瘤大小的患者中，69%的患者被确诊为完全缓解或部分缓解
