腾讯股价跌破400港元：创近一年新低，市值缩水近4成

截至今日港股收盘，腾讯控股股价跌破 400 港元，下跌 4.04% 收报 393.8 港元，创下近一年新低。

今年年初，腾讯股价一度冲高至 633.7 港元附近，对应市值约 5.76 万亿港元（现汇率约合 4.91 万亿元人民币），目前其总市值回落至 3.58 万亿港元（现汇率约合 3.05 万亿元人民币），今年年内累计跌幅接近四成。

腾讯控股 2026 财年半年报及第二财季报告显示，腾讯控股 2026 财年半年报归母净利润 1141.15 亿元、同比增长 10%，第二财季归母净利润 560.22 亿元、同比增长 0.7%。

10 月 14 日，腾讯控股在港交所公告，公司已分别与美元票据经办人就根据计划发行本金总额 18 亿美元的美元票据订立认购协议；及人民币票据经办人就根据计划发行本金总额人民币 260 亿元的人民币票据订立认购协议。于扣除包销费用、折扣及佣金后，发行美元票据及人民币票据的估计所得款项净额将分别约为 17.9 亿美元（现汇率约合 119.77 亿元人民币）及人民币 258.9 亿元。公司拟将所得款项净额用于一般企业用途。
