消息面上，近日，特斯拉披露三季度财报，里昂指出，特斯拉(TSLA.US)2026年第三季经营溢利按年跌56%至7.18亿美元，低于该行预期的9.66亿美元，但高于市场预期的5.99亿美元。该行将特斯拉目标价由310美元上调至400美元，并将评级由“跑输大市”上调至“持有”。
此外，马斯克近日季度业绩网络会议上透露，SpaceX(SPCX.US)特斯拉已成立特别委员会，开始探讨潜在交易。里昂指出，公司管理层未就潜在SpaceX合并回答问题，讨论主要集中于Robotaxi、Optimus及Terafab等项目。该行认为，特斯拉已由清洁能源公司转向人工智能驱动，与SpaceX相近，合并具逻辑，该行相信合并将会发生，且市场对合并的情绪胜过长线风险忧虑。
