智通财经APP获悉，汽车股再度走低，截至发稿，岚图汽车(07489)跌4.00%，报1.56港元；奇瑞汽车(09973)跌3.27%，报23.64港元；长城汽车(02333)跌2.68%，报6.895港元；小鹏集团-W(09868)跌1.33%，报37.1港元。
消息面上，财政部、税务总局明确自2027年4月1日起，将新能源汽车的增值税出口退税率由13%下调至9%。东方证券认为，此次出口退税政策调整将抬升新能源汽车出口成本，部分低毛利出口车型或承压较大，预计将对整车企业出口盈利水平造成一定影响，但此次政策预留近半年缓冲期，预计车企将通过提升FOB报价、推出高毛利新车及改款车型等方式转嫁部分成本。
值得注意的是，《关于进一步加强汽车产品创新设计和研发测试验证有关管理工作的通知（征求意见稿）》要求规范新车开发流程，对于可靠性测试的时长和里程做出最低要求的限制。这将有效改善新车快速上市，改款竞争的局面。中长期供给端带来的竞争压力有望缓解，合规企业将由此受益。
