观点网讯：10月22日午后，半导体板块盘中快速反弹，华天科技（002185）直线涨停，封单量超200万手，成交金额超23亿元；云汉芯城（301563）20%直线涨停，德明利（001309）一度涨逾6%，大普微（301666）、有研新材（600206）、炬芯科技（688049）跟涨。
消息面上，市场调查机构集邦咨询援引多方报道称，预估2026年第四季度DRAM合约价格环比上涨约20%。
华天科技主营业务为集成电路封装测试。2026年上半年，公司实现营业收入105.11亿元，同比增长35.09%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润8.13亿元，同比增长259.15%。
华天科技表示，上半年公司汽车电子、存储器封装业务规模进一步扩大，同时根据市场需求稳步推进扩产工作，为后续增量订单做好前瞻性准备。
同日午后，工商银行（601398）拉升走高，截至发稿涨1.6%，股价再创历史新高，成交额超28亿元，总市值3.06万亿元。
