ServiceNow (NOW) said Wednesday its Arc personal AI agent is now generally available, expanding its Nvidia (NVDA) partnership to extend enterprise AI governance and security across software and hardware.

Arc autonomously handles tasks across enterprise workflows and productivity tools, with ServiceNow's Super Intelligence Control Tower governing its actions and Nvidia OpenShell enforcing access policies at runtime, the company said.

ServiceNow's AI Passport is expected to integrate with NVIDIA OpenShell and Sentry on BlueField DPUs to validate AI agent permissions and enforce revocations across software and hardware layers within about one second, it added.

Nvidia shares were up 1.8% in premarket activity.
