ChainCatcher 消息，据 FXNewsGroup 报道，Robinhood Ventures Fund I（NYSE：RVI）宣布，已斥资 3000 万美元购买美国 Erebor Bank, National Association 的优先股。Erebor 是一家面向创新经济的美国全国性特许银行，服务领域涵盖国防、机器人、人工智能及硬科技等行业。
该行于 2026 年 2 月获得美国货币监理署（OCC）全国银行牌照及联邦存款保险，目前存款规模已超过 70 亿美元。
Erebor 成立于 2025 年，由 Palmer Luckey 等人联合创立，并获 Valor Equity Partners、Lux Capital 及 8VC 等机构支持。RVI 是 Robinhood Ventures 旗下首只基金，于 2026 年 3 月在纽约证券交易所上市，主要通过投资非上市公司，为投资者提供私营企业股权敞口。
