消息面上，森浩集团宣布，要约人OME Holding Limited 收购合共4.2亿股股份，占已发行股本75%，要约人将须按例就全部已发行股份作出强制性无条件现金要约，要约价每股0.143港元，较停牌前收市价0.106港元溢价约34.9%。要约人由谭素琴持有。要约人确认要约价为最终价格，且将不会上调。要约人有意于要约结束后维持股份于联交所的上市地位。
