ChainCatcher 消息，据马来西亚媒体报道，吉隆坡高等法院裁定，政府须向 9 名投资骗局受害者返还共计 497.82 枚比特币。按 2023 年估值计算，这批比特币价值约 1760 万美元。
法院认定，2015 年至 2016 年间，9 名受害者受 Fadino Khairuman 和 Asyran Ismail 欺骗，将合计 362.04 枚比特币存入 Bitkingdom 钱包，对方曾承诺提供每日 1% 的投资回报。相关比特币随后被转移至两人名下钱包，并最终遭到执法部门扣押。
法官指出，涉案比特币经过多次交易转移，存在资金分层处理过程，但受害者并非向被告出借比特币，而是因欺诈失去资产，因此对被扣押资产享有合法权益。法院裁定，497.82 枚比特币应按各受害者最初投入金额比例分配，每人获得总量的 0.68% 至 11.7% 不等。
