新浪科技讯 10月26日下午消息，近日，阿里健康上线“护士上门”服务，覆盖全国250多个城市。检测采样、慢病注射、就医陪诊，均可线上下单、护士上门完成。用户在手机淘宝搜索“护士上门”，即可预约相关服务。

　　据介绍，支撑这一服务的，是一张全国统一调度的医护网络：阿里健康以自营护士2000余人为核心，联合第三方护理机构协同调度，护士均为持证注册护士；护士准入、调度、服务与售后均由平台统一管理。该服务支持即时和预约双模式，即时单最快1分钟内响应。

　　长期以来，健康需求往往发生在家里，而专业医护却留在医院，护士上门服务的落点，正是补上这道缺口。据悉，这一服务模式已率先在杭州运行。10月初，阿里巴巴集团公益联合杭州市民政局发布“银龄美好生活行动”，其中健康服务由阿里健康承接，服务覆盖杭州核心主城区，可快速响应老人上门注射、检测等需求。

　　专业医护到家这一环补齐后，与阿里健康原有的检测、问诊、用药、履约等线上能力形成完整闭环，可全面承接用户从居家检测、就医陪护、药品服务、慢病管理的全生命周期健康管理。

　　阿里健康相关负责人表示，该服务已常态化业务运行中，后续将持续扩展覆盖城市与服务项目。
