消息面上，礼邦医药宣布，公司合作伙伴R1已在2026年美国肾脏病学会肾脏周（ASN Kidney Week 2026）上，以进行中临床试验（trial-in-progress）壁报形式展示了同类首创口服泛磷转运蛋白抑制剂AP306用于接受维持性血液透析的高磷血症患者的全球IIb期多区域临床试验（NCT06712654）的研究设计。
该项全球IIb期多区域临床试验由礼邦医药与R1共同申办，目前正在美国及中国的多个临床中心开展。公司已于2026年7月21日就该试验完成首例受试者随机化并给药进行公告，目前美国及中国临床中心的受试者招募正在进行中，预计试验将于2027年第二季度完成，顶线数据将在适当时候公布。
