蓝鲸新闻10月27日讯，近日，福建金融监管局发布行政处罚决定书，剑指中国人寿保险股份有限公司福州分公司、福建自贸区平潭片区分公司、连江县支公司、福州市收展第一营销服务部及相关责任人。
罚单显示，中国人寿保险股份有限公司福州分公司、福建自贸区平潭片区分公司的主要违法违规行为是：财务数据不真实；委托医护人员销售健康保险产品。连江县支公司、福州市收展第一营销服务部的主要违法违规行为是：财务数据不真实。
针对上述违法行为，福建金融监管局对中国人寿保险股份有限公司福州分公司合计处以43万元罚款，对陈振川给予警告并处以8万元罚款；对福建自贸区平潭片区分公司合计处以23.2万元罚款，对许爱锋给予警告并处以4.5万元罚款；对连江县支公司处以23万元罚款，对林刃给予警告，并处以5万元罚款；对福州市收展第一营销服务部处以17万元罚款，对林建峰给予警告并处以3万元罚款。
