AT&T buys EchoStar spectrum license for $23 billion, boosts 5G and fiber

AT&T announced the acquisition of spectrum licenses from EchoStar for approximately $23 billion, involving approximately 30MHz of nationwide 3.45 GHz mid-band spectrum and approximately 20MHz of nationwide 600MHz low-band spectrum.
