Deposit Steps
Whitelist Address Verification: A random minimum deposit amount is generated when first depositing a token. Depositing this amount whitelists your address, enabling future transactions.
Whitelisted Address: A regulatory-compliant security measure requiring wallet ownership verification. Deposits from verified addresses are automatically credited.
Each BTC deposit requires new whitelisting per regulatory requirements.
Deposit Source: Must originate from personal wallets. Platform wallet transfers will fail.
Using personal wallets already verified on other platforms may cause deposit failures.

Deposit Refund Request
Failed deposits can be refunded via app. Refunds return to original payment path.
A handling fee will be charged for coin withdrawal initiated after a failed deposit
