Introduction:
WLS Holdings Ltd is an investment holding company engaged in providing scaffolding, fitting out and other auxiliary services for construction and building works. The Company operates business through three segments. The Scaffolding, Fitting Out and Other Auxiliary Services for Construction and Buildings Work segment is engaged in the provision of scaffolding construction services including bamboo scaffolding, metal scaffolding and mixed scaffolding for residential and non-residential properties, fitting out services for commercial institutions and residential end-users, as well as gondolas, parapet railings and access equipment installation and maintenance services.
