CPMC Holdings Ltd is a company principally engaged in the manufacture of packaging products, including beverage cans, milk powder cans, aerosol cans, metal caps, steel barrels and plastic packaging. The Company, together with its subsidiaries, operates its businesses through three segments. Tinplate Packaging segment includes milk powder cans, aerosol cans, metal caps, steel barrels and other metal packaging. Aluminum Packaging segment mainly consists of two-piece beverage cans and one-piece bottles. Plastic Packaging segment mainly provides plastic packaging products, used for milk bottles, shampoo bottles, plastic devices of electronic products, daily use hardware, package printing, sports drink bottles and related plastic-made products. The Company mainly conducts its businesses in the domestic market.
