The Retailing and Sourcing segment is engaged in the retailing and sourcing business for branded apparel, swimwear and accessories. The Branding segment is engaged in the development and management of the brand of PONY. The Property Investment and Holding segment is mainly engaged in investment and holding of the outlet mall in Shenyang, Junefield Plaza in Beijing and Island Place in Hong Kong. The Outlet Malls segment is engaged in the operation and management of outlet malls in Mainland China. The Financial Services segment is engaged in the businesses of securities brokerage, margin financing, underwriting and placing, as well as consulting and money lending. The Duty Free segment is mainly engaged in the operation of duty free stores of Golden Palaris in Kinme.
