Acme International Holdings Ltd is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company mainly engaged in the provision of design and build solutions for facade works and building maintenance unit (BMU) system works. The Company operates its business through three segments. The BMU Systems Business segment is principally engaged in the provision of design and build solutions for BMU systems. The Facade Works Business segment is mainly engaged in the provision of design and build solutions for facade works. The Green New Energy Business segment is mainly engaged in the development, design, production and sale of green new energy generation and energy storage system. The Company provides design and build solutions, including design, construction drawings and structural calculations, procurement of building materials and permanent gondolas, installation and logistics arrangement services, project supervision, maintenance services and project management.
