BenQ Hospital Group Co., Ltd. BenQ BM Holding Cayman Corp. (“BenQ Hospital Group” for short) was invested by BenQ Jiashida Group and currently owns and operates 2 chain general Hospital: Nanjing BenQ Hospital and Suzhou BenQ Hospital. BenQ Hospital Group began operating Nanjing BenQ Hospital in 2008. It is now a national grade 3 A general hospital. It is the first non-public general hospital in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province to receive the top three ratings. It began operating Suzhou BenQ Hospital in 2013. It is now a national tertiary general hospital and has passed the International Joint Committee for Accreditation of Medical and Health Institutions (JCI) certification. BenQ Hospital draws on Taiwan's advanced hospital operation and management experience. It is one of the leading private for-profit general hospital groups in mainland China, and is also the largest private for-profit general hospital group in East China. Our two Hospital, Nanjing BenQ Hospital and Suzhou BenQ Hospital, have a total construction area of about 0.4 million square meters, a total registered bed count of 1,850, and a team of over 900 doctors, including 35 specialists from Taiwan and overseas. In the first half of 2024, our number of outpatient visits exceeded 1 million, and the annual number of hospitalized surgeries exceeded 10,000. Both Hospital were established according to the highest level (level 3) general hospital standards in China, and are leading in the industry in terms of physician staffing and Medical Devices.
