The Company operates its business through three segments. The Southern Jiangsu Province segment is engaged in the operation of stores at Nanjing, Changzhou, Liyang, Danyang and Kunshan. The Northern Jiangsu Province segment is engaged in the operation of stores at Nantong, Yangzhou, Xuzhou, Taizhou, Huai’an, Yancheng and Suqian. The Western Region of the PRC segment is engaged in the operation of stores at Xi’an and Kunming.
