Zhongxin Fruit and Juice Limited is a Singapore-based investment holding company. The Company's primary business is the production of concentrated juice primarily for export to multinational food and beverage (F&B) corporations. The Company operates through two segments: Production of fruit juice concentrate and Processing of garlic. Its Production of fruit juice concentrate segment relates to the production of concentrated juice mainly for export to multinational F&B corporations in the United States, European Union, South Africa, Canada, Japan and Australia via SDIC Zhonglu Fruit Juice Co., Ltd (SDICZL). The concentrated juice produced is used as an ingredient in packet juice drinks, soft drinks, cider, yoghurt and candies. Its Processing of garlic segment is engaged in the processing, sorting, packaging and distribution of garlic. The Company's subsidiaries include Yuncheng Zhongxin Fruit and Juice Company Limited, and Xuzhou Zhongxin Fruit and Juice Company Limited.
