The Design and build segment is engaged in designing and building commercial and industrial facilities. This segment's scope of services includes a range of project development process, such as land search and authority liaison, feasibility studies, design and construction. The Property development segment is engaged in the construction, development, selling and/or leasing out of residential, commercial and industrial properties. The Corporate segment is involved in Company-level corporate services. It acts as the contractor for its projects in Singapore, covering construction, A&A works on existing buildings as well as refurbishment and upgrading of existing buildings. The Company's geographical markets include Singapore and People's Republic of China.
