The principal activities of the Company are those of investment holding and the business of providing integrated mechanical and electrical engineering (M&E) services. The Company's segments include Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management and Investment Holding. Its Mechanical Engineering segment designs and installs air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation, plumbing and sanitary installations, fire prevention and protection systems, as well as integrated systems. Its Electrical Engineering segment designs and installs high- and low-tension electrical distribution systems, as well as communications, audio-visual, and security systems. Its Facilities Management segment provides maintenance, repair, and replacement services for commercial buildings, hotels, schools and universities. Its subsidiaries include Koyo Engineering (S.E.Asia) Pte. Ltd. and AVSC Technologies Pte. Ltd.
