Aspire Global is a vertically integrated business engaged in the research and development, design, commercialization, manufacturing, sales, marketing and distribution of branded and, to a significantly lesser extent, OEM and ODM e-cigarette vaporizing technology products. Our tobacco vaping products are sold through a distribution network of more than 150 distributors in 30 countries. In December 2020, we commenced the marketing of cannabis vaping technology products in the United States. Vaping refers to the practice of inhaling and exhaling the vapor produced by an electronic vaping device. Our tobacco vaping technology products are marketed under the Aspire brand name and our cannabis vaping technology products are marketed under the ISPIRE brand name.
