The investment seeks to track the price and yield performance before fees and expenses of the WisdomTree Global ex-U.S. Utilities Index. The fund invests at least 95% of its total assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) in component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. The index is a fundamentally weighted index that is comprised of utilities companies from developed and emerging markets outside of the United States that are classified as being part of the "Global Utilities" sector. It is non-diversified.
