The Company is principally engaged in the businesses of operating a multi-concept chain of pubs and bars, and importation and distribution of spirits and wines. It is focused on offering premium whiskies and cocktails, and operating approximately seven outlets covering five distinct concepts, namely, Quaich Bar, The Other Room, The Other Roof, Signature Reserve, and Capitol Cigar & Whisky Lounge. It imports whiskies with over 20 brands from boutique distilleries in Scotland, Ireland and South Africa, and independent bottlers and wholesalers in the United Kingdom, as well as other spirits and liquors for its own outlets. The Company also distributes on a wholesale basis to other bars, country clubs, hotels, restaurants, corporate and individuals who wish to purchase whiskies in volume, and offer online retail sale of whiskies under The Whisky Store.
