It also has the right to acquire a 100% interest in the Tererro Copper-Gold-Zinc VMS project comprising 20 mining claims covering 400 acres located to the north-east of the city of Albuquerque in northern New Mexico; and the right to acquire a 100% interest in the Antler Copper Deposit in Arizona, the United States. The company was formerly known as New World Cobalt Limited and changed its name to New World Resources Limited in December 2019. New World Cobalt Limited is based in Subiaco, Australia.
