New World Resources Limited engages in the exploration and development of mineral properties in Australia and North America. It explores for gold, nickel, copper, and cobalt deposits. The company holds a 100% interest in the Colson Cobalt-Copper project comprising 10 federal mining claims covering 200 acers located in Idaho, the United States; 100% interest in the Goodsprings Copper-Cobalt project comprising 227 federal mining claims covering approximately 4,500 acres located in Nevada, the United States; and 100% interest in the Elkhorn Creek Cobalt-Copper project comprising 28 federal mining claims covering 575 acres located in Idaho, the United States. It also has the right to acquire a 100% interest in the Tererro Copper-Gold-Zinc VMS project comprising 20 mining claims covering 400 acres located to the north-east of the city of Albuquerque in northern New Mexico; and the right to acquire a 100% interest in the Antler Copper Deposit in Arizona, the United States. The company was formerly known as New World Cobalt Limited and changed its name to New World Resources Limited in December 2019. New World Cobalt Limited is based in Subiaco, Australia.
