Tiger Investment Representatives (IR) are MAS-licensed professionals appointed by Tiger Brokers (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., who provide market guidance and product-related support to help you navigate markets, understand investment products, and use the Tiger Trade platform more effectively.
2. What is the difference between an Investment Representative and customer service?
Our licensed Investment Representatives handle regulated activities and services, while customer service staff provides account, technical, and operational support to ensure a smooth client experience.
3. Will my Investment Representative manage my account or make trades for me?
Investment Representatives do not have discretionary control over your account. With your consent, they may act only on your specific instructions. You remain solely responsible for all investment decisions and retain full control of your account at all times.
4. Will my Investment Representative have access to my personal data or funds?
Investment Representatives do not have access to your passwords or authority over your funds. Access to personal information is strictly limited and handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), used only as necessary to provide support.

Investment Representative is a high-touch service for Tiger Brokers clients. Clients whom meet the firm's internal criteria will receive dedicated assistance.
6. How do I contact my assigned Investment Representative?
You can find and contact your assigned Investment Representative through the designated in-app channels (Profile > Contact Trading Representative) . Available contact methods may vary depending on your account setup.
7. What are the operating hours for Investment Representative support?
Support is generally available during market hours and extended support windows.
Fees & Assignment
8. Are there additional costs if an Investment Representative is assigned to me?
No. There are no additional fees for having an Investment Representative assigned to your account.
9. Can I choose my Investment Representative?
Assignment is based on availability and internal allocation.
10. What if I want to change my Investment Representative?
You may submit a request to change your assigned Investment Representative, which will be reviewed based on availability.
